This is a form of meditation called a Loving-Kindness Meditation. It was developed by James Kirby and is completely free for use and download.

In early practices, loving-kindness meditation was a way of self-healing, sweetening, and pacifying the mind, and it produced positive feelings towards everything around us (Salzberg, 1997). There are four main factors of loving-kindness meditation that accounts for its universal applicability:
